The Académie du Spectacle Équestre at Versailles

Founded by Bartabas, the Académie du Spectacle Équestre at Versailles trains horse riders and dressers in the equestrian arts. The Edmond de Rothschild Foundations contributed to the establishment of the Académie du Spectacle Équestre at Versailles, which offers comprehensive training programs devoted to equestrianism and artistic disciplines.

The Academy of Equestrian Arts: Excellence and precision

Conceived and founded by renowned horse trainer Bartabas, the Academy pays homage to the equestrian arts. It strives to teach a form of knowledge and artistic sensitivity rooted in the Grand Siecle of 18th century France. Horse riders and dressers from around the world come to the Academy for its exemplary educational environment, which combines knowledge of horses with the artistic disciplines related to equestrianism.

The Academy showcases its work at festivals such as the Nuits de Fourvière in Lyon and the Fêtes de Nuit at the Domaine de Versailles. More recently, Opus 2008 offered an impressive display of the school’s approach to learning
based on humility, perseverance and finely honed listening skills.
