An unique program of master classes by José Van Dam was carried out in Paris last June as a result of a close partnership between the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation and Juilliard School, New York.
On 14 September 2012, the twenty students of class 7p at the Bois des Arts school in Thonex near Geneva, along with their three music teachers, reunited for a very special ceremony.

We wish to pay tribute to the life and memory of Montserrat Figueras, a lyrical singer and exceptional musician whose artistry was surpassed only by her humanity.
Combining artistic excellence and social responsibility, the French National School of Fine Arts in Paris created an innovative artist training program for 2010 in primary and middle schools with the support of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations and in partnership with the town of Saint Ouen and the French Ministry of Education.
